Ingredients
  • 5 Lbs Prime Rib
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  1. Salt and pepper the meat
  2. Set the Sous Vide to 58 C or your desired finish temperature
  3. Vacuum seal the Prime Rib
  4. Cook for 10 hours
  5. Broil the finished Prime Rib for several minutes
  6. Slice and serve!
