Peanut Butter Bread

Serves: 16
- 1 Cup Peanut butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 T White Vinegar
- ½ t Baking Soda
- ¼ t Salt
- Mix ingredients in stand mixer
- Put in a standard, greased bread pan, try to flatten it on the bottom for a consistent bread
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
- Let sit for a few minutes when done then transfer to a wire rack
- When cool, slice into 16 slices
