Ingredients
  • 2 Lbs Extra Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 Small Onion (125 grams)
  • 16 Oz Mayo
  • 8 dashes Frank's Red Hot
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Juice of 1 Lemon (3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice)
Instructions
  1. Shred the Cheddar cheese and place in a large mixing bowl
  2. Shred the Onions and add to the bowl
  3. Add in all of the other ingredients, the Mayo, Hot sauce, Worcestershire and Lemon
  4. Mix together
  5. For optimum flavor, store overnight to let juices combine
