Fry-day: Deep Fried Eggs

- Heat some oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees
- Cook some bacon
- Crack two eggs into a prep bowl
- Quickly slip the egg into the center of the fryer, don't drop them in, try to slip them in near the surface, but be careful since the oil is hot
- Using two spatulas, corral the egg into a ball, it may naturally stay in one piece or it may decide to go all over the place
- Fry until it stop bubbling, 3-4 minutes
- Let drain on some paper towels and you've got a deep fried breakfast!
