- 1.5 Oz Boursin Cheese
- Sliced Meat
- Slice the cucumber in half and use a melon baller or spoon to remove the seeds and some of the meat
- Fill one side with a spreadable cheese such as Boursin
- Fold deli meat longways and fill the other half
