How to Make Turducken

- 1 Duck
- 1 Chicken
- 1 Turkey
- Poultry seasoning to taste
- 6 Sausage Links
- ¾ Cup Almond Flour
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 Onion
- 1 Pepper
- 4 Celery Stalks
- Meat Stuffing:
- Cook the sausage
- Dice the vegetables and fry until translucent
- Combine the sausage, almond flour and vegetables in a large bowl
- Add the yolks and mix
- Turducken
- Fully debone the chicken and the duck, this can be done ahead of time
- Partially debone the turkey, leaving the legs and wings intact
- Season the inside and outside of all birds
- Lay the turkey down and layer it with the stuffing
- Lay the duck down, with the legs in the opposite direction of the turkey, and layer with stuffing
- Lay the chicken down, with the legs in the same direction of the turkey, and layer with stuffing
- Pull the two sides of the chicken together and skewer it shut
- Repeat with the duck
- Repeat with the turkey
- Truss the turkey
- Cook at 500 degrees for 15 minutes
- Cook at 300 degrees for 6 hours or until chicken reaches 165 degrees
- Slice in half, then cut slices of the turducken so each piece has all three birds and stuffing
