Lizzie's Cheese Dip
  
       - 2 Lbs Extra Sharp Cheddar
  - 1 Small Onion (125 grams)
  - 16 Oz Mayo
  - 8 dashes Frank's Red Hot
  - 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  - Juice of 1 Lemon (3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice)
  
      - Shred the Cheddar cheese and place in a large mixing bowl
  - Shred the Onions and add to the bowl
  - Add in all of the other ingredients, the Mayo, Hot sauce, Worcestershire and Lemon
  - Mix together
  - For optimum flavor, store overnight to let juices combine
