Bacon Weave Open Sandwich

- 3 slices Thick cut bacon
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Egg
- Slice bacon in half and make a weave
- Cook weave, low and slow, making sure to keep it flat either with a spatula or bacon press
- Remove bacon and let dry on paper towels, crack egg into bacon grease
- Top egg with cheese
- Remove egg and cheese and place on bacon weave
