Bacon Weave Open Sandwich

  • 3 slices Thick cut bacon
  • 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  1. Slice bacon in half and make a weave
  2. Cook weave, low and slow, making sure to keep it flat either with a spatula or bacon press
  3. Remove bacon and let dry on paper towels, crack egg into bacon grease
  4. Top egg with cheese
  5. Remove egg and cheese and place on bacon weave
