  • 1.5 Oz Boursin Cheese
  • Sliced Meat
  1. Slice the cucumber in half and use a melon baller or spoon to remove the seeds and some of the meat
  2. Fill one side with a spreadable cheese such as Boursin
  3. Fold deli meat longways and fill the other half
