  • 3 Portobello Mushrooms
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp Pizza Seasoning
  • 3 slices of tomato
  • 9 Spinach leafs
  • 1.5 Oz Mozzarella
  • 1.5 Oz Monterey Jack
  • 1.5 Oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 Pepperonni slices
  1. Preheat Convection Oven to 450
  2. Wash and destem the Portobello Mushrooms
  3. Place the mushrooms cap side down on a foil lined sheet and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle with Pizza seasoning
  5. Layer spinach, tomato, cheese and another round of seasoning
  6. Cook in the convection oven until cheese has melted or around 6 minutes
  7. Add the pepperoni and cook until the pepperoni is crispy
