  • 4 Garlic Bulbs, Whole
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Start by cutting the tops off of the garlic, enough to expose the meat of the cloves
  2. Soak the garlic cloves in ice water for 30 min
  3. Setup the grill for indirect heat and preheat to 350 degrees
  4. Drain the garlic and place in the center of a 12"x12" square of foil, cut side up
  5. Drizzle Garlic with olive oil and add salt and pepper
  6. Fold the sides of the foil over to seal
  7. Grill over indirect heat for 1 hour
