So I wanted to make some chicken wings but I didn’t have any bleu cheese dressing. Ironically, I had some actual bleu cheese left over from a previous recipe so I figured, why not make some? As it turns out, its ridiculously simple and far better than store bought.
Start with the food processor bowl that comes with the immersion blender. Throw all of the ingredients in but reserve some of the bleu cheese.
The stick locks into food processor.
Here’s the blended bleu cheese dressing.
Crumble the remaining bleu cheese into the mixture.
Here’s the finished dressing along with some Buffalo Chicken Wings!

Ingredients
- 3 Oz. Bleu Cheese
- 2 Oz. Mayo
- 1 Oz. Sour Cream
- 1 Oz. Cream Cheese
- ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add 2 Oz of bleu cheese and the rest of the ingredients into the immersion blender
- Run until finely grated
- Once blended, crumble in the remaining 1 Oz. of bleu cheese
