Chocolate Mousse is my go to keto dessert because of its speed and simplicity. Just grab some cream and whip it! You can customize it with chocolate protein powder, add some fruit, or even add some liquor to make an adult dessert!

I LOVE this dessert! My favorite variation is to use vanilla protein powder with the whipping cream, and add a tablespoon of maple syrup. Whip it all up to mousse consistency, then add a handful of walnuts at the end. Or: you could use a drop or 2 of maple flavoring if you don’t want the syrup carbs.
