Thank you for sharing your knowledge without charging a fee. I’ve wasted so much money, time and patience on diets that don’t work. This way of eating makes me want to start right now and not eat foods I don’t relate with.
I’ve been following a keto diet around four months, however I didn’t start losing weight until I dropped my carb intake to around 10grams per day. I’ve lost 14 lbs in 2months at this rate though. Which I’m proud of. Just curious if you or anyone else has had this issue.
I am in keto diet for a month now. I found your advices really helpfull, thx for that.
Allthought i have a problem now. I just received ketostix, i am sure you know what they are.
But the result desapointed me. After a month of hard trying the stripes do not show ketones existance at all.
What can be wrong? My diet or the stripes? What is your opinion?
Are you tracking your intake on a website like my fitness pal? Often times there are hidden carbs that take you by surprise. Are you measuring your portions? Maybe the portion sizes are larger than you imagine?

I started keto a week ago today and am down by 4.4 lbs. I also am sleeping better and have more energy! I have about 80 more lbs to go but I feel I am off to a good start! Thanks for the recipes- they will be a big help in keeping this all from getting boring.

I weight 155KG and have always eaten out. Carbs food mostly. Have never cooked by myself before. Using the recipes by Caveman, I have to achieve some weight loss. Will also be tracking my intakes on MFP. Thank you for all those lovely recipes which I am sure will get me going into this Ketossis diet.

Went to Doctor yesterday – weighed 409 – advised to lose weight – how? Diet and exercise. Searched Internet – liked what found on Keto. Sampled Amazon kindle books – not much tactical help. Found Cavemanketo and with it, tools to survive. Thanks. I travel and need help with Keto choices in fast food restaurants, please. Just purchased Amazon fryer from your link. Thank you so much for all the wonderful information you give us. I read various recipes or just bits of things from your site all the time. I really want to incorporate some exercise into my routine and not just cardio…I have read different things and the last thing I read from you talked about increasing carbs by 20 grand or so before lifting. My question is that I really only want to tone and build a little bit more muscle… I’m thinking like 3 times a week , doing some ab work, my arms and squats really…Not body building. Are the rules the same? Do I really need to increase my carbs? I’m afraid to… Thank you so much for your advice.
