Are you de-boning your own chicken thighs?
These days I normally buy boneless chicken thighs. However, sometimes I buy the bone in kind, cook them, then extract the bones. But like I said that method is a lot of work so I normally take the price hit and get boneless.
Making this today looks SOOOO good.
