I love the website and your recipes and tips, particularly like to try out the Caveman Chili.
I have a couple of questions.
1) Do you have any alternative to rice for say chili that is low carb? I make alot of curries and am pretty god at them. I would like to loose weight and this is the perfect way to try but it would be great to have something to accompany it if you see what I mean
2) Secondly I like the Almond bun idea. Have you ever tried freezing them and if so how are they when thawed as they would be great if made in bulk?

The only thing close to rice that I’ve found is riced cauliflower.
In terms of the buns, unfortunately they don’t keep too well. I’ve never tried freezing them but I normally just make them fresh. You can get pretty quick at it once you get it down.
Could you tell me how many grams or ounces is a serving?
Probably 275-325 grams depending on the size of your ingredients.
