So I got a new kitchen gadget and I wanted to do something cool with it. That gadget? A potato ricer. In my head, I thought that this device would squeeze out little bits of cauliflower and I would fry it into rice! Well, it turns out that’s not quite what it does. Instead, it squeezed out all of the water from the vegetable. This was still cool because it made it fry up better.
Here is the finished results with some Parmesan cheese grated on top.
Start by boiling cauliflower until its really soft.
Drop the cauliflower into the potato ricer and squeeze!
After you squeeze out the cauliflower, fry it in some bacon grease. Add some salt and pepper.
